I'm changing my Low Waste Purpose into something more constructive. I want to highlight the struggles of adjusting, point out the systematic flaws, and hopefully use this information to create a change that will eliminate unnecessary packaging and reduce food waste.

I'm also writing a paper on fruit coatings and how they help increase shelf life but also are unsustainable for my Diet and Climate Change class. I'm comparing wax coatings to a new process developed by Apeel. Maybe I could combine my findings into a low waste complication of resources.
